Onto the Stage
A full season of original, women-led ballet — lifting stories out of the books that held them and setting them in motion.
Women’s stories, told in their own voices.
Little Women Ballet Company is a women-run, story-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit ballet company — inspired by the creativity, resilience, and collective strength at the heart of Little Women, and by a conviction that women’s stories are worth telling, and worth telling in their own voices.
Through original ballets created by women, we reimagine classical tradition and the literary canon alike — placing the women written about, and the women doing the writing, at the forefront. Here they are not only performers but authors of the work itself, shaping its vision, its leadership, and the direction the art takes next.

Little Women Ballet Company is a women-run, story-driven company. We began with Little Women — a story of enduring creativity, resilience, and collective strength — and that story opened the door to something larger: original ballets conceived, choreographed, and led by women, not just as performers, but as authors of the work itself.
This season, Off the Page, we lift stories out of the books that held them and set them in motion — reimagining the literary canon and classical tradition alike, and placing women’s vision and leadership at the forefront of every work we make.
Little Women Ballet is sustained by a community of supporters who believe in women-led storytelling, original creation, and the power of ballet to hold many voices. Your generosity is what carries these stories off the page — making it possible for our artists to rehearse, create, and share work that expands what ballet can be.
Little Women Ballet Company, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 41-2917663). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
